At Churchill Gowns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your graduation attire, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your gown, mortarboard, or accessories into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
